Sarah Brown is a well-known food writer and chef, and the author of a number of bestselling titles on vegetarian cooking. Her books have been published throughout Europe, Australia, Canada and America.
In 1988, she won the Glenfiddich Award for cookery writing and later went on to set up the Cordon Vert diploma course which incorporates every aspect of vegetarian cooking.
She has worked in television and radio, writing and presenting the acclaimed BBC series Vegetarian Kitchen, and has lectured and demonstrated cookery across the UK.
