Author
Cyndi O'Meara lives on Queensland's Sunshine Coast with her husband and three children. She is not your typical nutritionist: she disagrees with low-fat, low-calorie diets; she thinks chocolate can be good for you and coffee is not so bad; she loves butter; she is the one out of ten nutritionists who does not recommend a certain breakfast cereal; and she thinks cheating and eating yummy foods are all part of a well-balanced diet.
Cyndi must be doing something right because she maintains a healthy weight and has never taken an antibiotic, pain-killer or any other form of medication. Her children are aged 8, 10 and 12 and they too have had no need for medications.
Cyndi's qualifications include a Bachelor of Science, postgraduate studies in human anatomy, and diplomas in diagnosis and management of health issues.
She writes regularly for magazines, has been a guest on many television shows, and is in demand nationally and internationally as a keynote speaker.
