George Calombaris was voted one of the 'Top 40 Chefs of Influence in the World' in 2004 by The Global Food and Wine Magazine and he has since continued to live up to this acclaim. George owns three restaurants in Melbourne and one in Mykonos, Greece.
In 2008 The Age Good Food Guide awarded his Melbourne restaurant The Press Club 'Best New Restaurant' and George 'Chef of the Year'.
He is also a judge on the top-rating television series MasterChef Australia.
