Heinz Beck (1963- ) is the executive chef at the Michelin 3 Star restaurant La Pergola in Rome.
Born in Germany, Beck trained in Germany, France and Spain before taking over the kitchen at La Pergola in 1994 which has since then steadily gained acclaim and awards. La Pergola was awarded 3 Michelin stars in 2004.
Beck is also a professional sommelier, which in part explains the restaurant's extraordinary wine list
