Arabella Boxer (1934- ) (nee Stuart) was born in Scotland of American & Scottish parents (her father was the Earl of Moray). She grew up in Scotland, London and lived for a time in the USA with her grandparents. She travelled widely and was the Food Editor of Vogue in the 1970s and 1980s.

In 1985 she was one of the founders of the British Guild of Food Writers
