Peter Reinhart is a full-time baking instructor at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He was the co-founder of the legendary Brother Juniper's Bakery in Sonoma, California. He is the author of a number of acclaimed and award winning books on bread. Peter is a regular commentator on food and culture for public radio's One Union Station. He lives with his wife, Susan, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
