| Will Studd has been working with specialist cheese for more than three decades and has travelled extensively in his vocation. After establishing delicatessens in central London during the 1970s he migrated to Melbourne in 1981 where he has done much to promote a greater understanding of what good cheese is all about as well as championing the cause for cheese made from raw milk. In 2002 Will was awarded the Order du Merite Agricole by the French government for his defence of traditional raw milk cheese. He is also recognised as a Maitre Fromager and is the only Ambassadeur of the prestigious Guilde des Fromagers in Paris. Since 2004, Will has been the executive producer and presenter of Cheese Slices, a unique television series focused on artisan and traditional handmade cheeses around the world.
