Jan Bartelsman is a renowned Dutch food photographer who has been photographing chefs, restaurants and food for over 25 years.  Magie en Cuisine is one of his early self-published works featuring numerous hand tinted whimsical portraits of fine-dining chefs from Belgium and the Aux Pays-Bas, with biographical vignettes and signature dishes.
