The International Federation of Agricultural Producers (IFAP),  was a not for profit organization established in 1946 to advocate on an international level for farmers' interests and had general consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.  Over the years the IFAP had several financial crisis and was eventually liquidated in 2010.  At its peak it represented over 120 farmer member organisations in 79 countries.

Concerned with international agricultural trade agreements, post WWII economic development across all countries and the harmonisation of national agricultural trade and development policies, the IFAP was for most of the late C2oth a voice for farmers interests when bodies such as the World Bank, the United Nations, IMF (International Monetary Fund) and FAO (United Nationals Food and Agriculture Organization) were discussing food policy.

The conference handbook contains a number of statements from the IFAP executives and leaders of various national associations as well as presentations made by IFAP during the previous year.  Also included is a draft agenda for the conference, and a list of members and prospective members

An important early record of post WWII economic recovery and development in the agricultural and food supply areas.
