At 12.30 on Saturday 26th, March, one of our favourite authors Fuchsia Dunlop will be giving a cooking demonstration on making Mapu Tofu at the Queen Victoria Market - as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival - and afterwards Fuchsia will be at Books for Cooks for a book signing. Come see us!
